FLAKEY PIE CRUST
Ingredients
3 C Sifted Flour
1/4 C Water
1/2 t Salt
1 C Shortning
2or3 T Butter
Directions
Mix flour and salt in a large bowl.
Take out 1/3 cup of this mix and add 1/4 C of water to make a paste. Stir with a fork.
Add shortning to flour and salt mixture. Cut in with two knives.
Add 'flour/water' paste in dabs. Mix together with hands.
Chill in the refridgerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out between two sheets of wax paper or use floured surface if possible.
